🛎️ Bookings & Payments
Q: How do I book a stay?
A: You can book directly through our website for the best rates and no platform fees. We accept secure credit card payments at the time of booking. We are also available to be booked on Airbnb.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A:
- For Airbnb bookings: No deposit is required, but Airbnb charges service fees.
- For direct bookings: A refundable deposit equal to 2 nights (minimum $100) is required. It will be refunded after your stay, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
A:
We follow Airbnb’s Strict Cancellation Policy:
- ✅ Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- ❌ After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before check-in (excluding the service fee).
- ❌ No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
- The same applies to reservation modifications, which depend on the availabilities at the time.
We recommend confirming your travel plans before booking to avoid cancellation fees. Travel insurance is also a good idea for added peace of mind.

Q: Will I receive a booking confirmation?
A: Yes, booking confirmations are sent once the full payment is completed
and the required ID documents are provided. Please refer to
ID Requirements (No. 2) in the
Terms & Conditions section for full details. Your confirmation will include check-in instructions and all relevant reservation information.
Q: Do you offer long-term or repeat stay discounts?
A: Yes! We love hosting repeat guests. Message us for exclusive recurring guest offers. Long-term discounts are already imbedded in the price of your stay.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and depending on availability.
Q: Do you offer cleaning during the stay?
A: For longer stays, we offer optional mid-stay cleaning at an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to schedule. Please refer to 🧹 Extra Cleaning under Amenities & Extras.
Q: Are visitors allowed?
A: Visits are allowed for family gatherings only. We do not permit gatherings of unmarried individuals of mixed gender. We understand that our guests may receive visitors, but we also expect them to respect Egyptian, Eastern, and Islamic customs and traditions. We live in a small, close-knit community and prefer not to raise any concerns or questions among neighbors.

A: You’ll receive detailed house manual including check-in instructions , once we receive the required documentation to facilitate your entrance with compound security, additionally the lock box code will be sent 24 hours before arrival. Please take your time going through the house manual as it has valuable information.
