Almost anything reaches your door in Sheikh Zayed, usually within the hour — which is how breakfast on the balcony happens without anyone going out for it. These are the apps we use ourselves; all of them deliver to both compounds.
There are convenience stores around both compounds that deliver as well, if you would rather not set up an app account on a short stay.

For direct bookings, a refundable deposit of USD 100, returned after your stay provided the home is left in good condition. Airbnb bookings need no deposit but carry Airbnb's service fees.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Early or late times are sometimes possible — just ask.
Visits are for family gatherings, and visitors are welcome until 10 PM. We don't permit gatherings of unmarried individuals of mixed gender. We live in a small, close-knit community and ask guests to respect Egyptian, Eastern and Islamic customs.
Once we have your documents we send a detailed house manual with check-in instructions, and the lock-box code arrives 24 hours before you land. The manual is worth reading — it holds a lot of useful detail.
